We offer a quality home care service tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients ‘the service user’.
We at Careful Care believe that all service users should be treated with respect and take care to ensure their dignity is not compromised.
We are committed to recruiting only carers who are passionate about providing the best possible service to our service users. We ensure all our Carers are properly trained and are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills required to carry out their duties in both a professional and sensitive manner.
Many elderly people want to stay in their home and not go into residential care. We believe the care and support we supply allows a personalisation and familiarity; a solid relationship between carer and service user is formed, a friendship built on trust and respect develops.
Whatever the need - long term care or a short respite break, service users can be confident they will enjoy an experienced and dedicated care service. All care is tailored to meet their needs, creating a real sense of comfort and security.
Many of our service users came to Careful Care as a result of a direct approach to us by their families, but we also have links with medical practices, social agencies and charities who recommend us to their clients. We are also very proud to say that we work directly with Gloucestershire and Wiltshire County Councils.
We will agree a care package with you and agree the times we will attend and how long each visit will be. Our care book gives you lots of information which we hope you will find useful including how to contact us, our values and how to make a complaint; we use this book to record the actions taken during our visits at the end of each visit.
We appreciate that when you have carers visiting it can often feel like you are losing control and your choices are being limited. We believe it is very important that you feel in control and have as many choices as possible and will work hard to meet these objectives.
We provide a full range of services including but not exclusively, personal care, welfare support, a respite sitting service and social support. Whatever your need we will try to help.
Our friendly office staff are always available to assist you with any query you may have and we are always interested to hear ideas for improving our service. Everyone in the office has a wealth of caring experience which helps us help you.
